You will only need to know basic crochet skills to make this pattern:
-Single crochet
-Double crochet
-Half double crochet
-Slip stitch
-Single crochet increase
-Invisible decrease
-Basic sewing skills to assemble all the parts together
Materials you will need:
-Size F & G (3.75mm & 4mm) crochet hooks
-Worsted weight yarn (U.K. equivalent is Aran & AUS/NZ is 10 ply.)
-Fiberfill (or your stuffing of choice)
-9mm, 10.5mm, or 12mm black safety eyes (depending on pattern)
-Stitch marker (I highly recommend these ones HERE)
-Yarn needle
-Scissors
Finished whale shark measures about 7 in (18 cm) long, jellyfish measures about 5.5 in (14 cm) tall, seahorse measures about 5.5 in (14 cm) tall, whale measures about 3 in. (7.5 cm), clownfish measures about 3.5 in (9 cm) long and 3 in (7.5 cm) tall. (Please be aware that depending on your gauge and the type of hook and yarn you decide to use, yours may not be exactly the same size as the ones in the patterns.)
